We will do our best to assist when the order has not yet entered final processing, packing, or shipment. 2. Order Cut-Off and Processing Schedule

Our standard order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing the next business day.

Our standard handling time is 1 business day. Once an order enters handling, our ability to stop or edit the order becomes limited. Customers should contact us immediately if they notice an error after checkout.

3. Cancellation Requests

If an order has already shipped and you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery if the item meets the eligibility requirements under our Return & Refund Policy. Luxurymanstyle offers a 30-day return window from the delivery date, and approved refunds are processed within 8 business days after approval. Eligible returns are handled with no return processing fees, refund handling fees, or restocking fees.

7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, we will submit a refund to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
